PICK UP
Ordering Instructions:
Selecting Pickup Time:
- Select your pickup time during checkout.
- By default, your order may be set for the first pickup time available on your chosen day. You can edit the pickup time if multiple time slots are available.
- This flexibility allows you to adjust according to your schedule.
Ordering for Multiple Days/Times:
- All cakes must be ordered together for pickup on the specified day and time.
- If you require cakes for different days or times, please complete your initial order and place additional orders accordingly.
Pickup Instructions:
- Location: Pickup is at 215 E. Freeman, Duncanville.
Grace Period and Rescheduling:
- There is a 10-minute grace period for pickups. Please ensure you pick up your order within your scheduled pickup window. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please text me ( 214.725.2711) as soon as possible to reschedule.
Unclaimed Orders:

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time will be canceled, refunded, and made available for purchase by others.
Pickup Schedule:
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund—contact poundcakeaddiction@gmail.com for cancellations.
